What's included in the lifetime warranty?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all AVIATOR wallets. This guarantee includes all parts made of aluminum, titanium and carbon. If a part made of this material breaks, we will replace it free of charge. Excluded are wear parts like elastic band, drawstring, etc.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us at service@aviatorwallet.com. Please provide your full name and order number so that we can locate your order in our system.

Does it matter which option I choose unter the "amount of cards" section?

The AVIATOR Wallets are equipped with a 3 step band adjustment to fit 1 to 20 cards. When you choose the "amount of cards" on the product page we will preset the AVIATOR to your needs. With the included torx driver you can always change the setting to your amount of cards you carry. Check the video "How to adjust for 1 to 20 cards" to see how you can do it yourself.

Do I need a cash clip to carry bills?

The cash clip (carbon fiber or 3D-printed) is an upgrade to make the handling with bills easier. All AVIATOR Wallets come with an elastic band, under this band you can securly store your bills.

Is it easy to insert the cards into the AVIATOR?

The inside of the front plate (with the thumb slot) has a special shape with a bevelled edge. This allows the cards to be inserted without any resistance.

Is there a risk that my cards can be damaged?

The inside of the Slim Wallet has a smooth surface, which ensures that the cards slide in and out without any problems. Over time, depending on the card quality, slight signs of wear may occur, but this will not affect the function of the cards. The cards are protected if the elastic band is adjusted to fit the cards in the Slim Wallet. If there are more cards in the wallet than the elastic band is set for, there will be more pressure on the individual card, which will then show signs of use more quickly. It should also be noted that wear is usually greatest on the top card, which is why we recommend leaving the AVIATOR card included in the delivery as the first protective card in the wallet.

Is the anti rattle insert for coin compartments included?

Yes! All wallets with coin compartment are equipped with an anti rattle insert. If you often use thinner coins you can buy an extra layer of the anti rattle insert and place it over the exisiting one. With this method some pressure will be applied to the coins and the rattle gets less.

Can I replace parts from the AVIATOR if something is broken?

Yes! The AVIATOR is a fully modular wallet. All parts can be exchanged or upgraded with coin holder, cash clip and inner plate. Just check our Parts & Accessories page.

Can I have a wallet without coin holder?

Yes! Our AVIATOR Slide ONE has been designed without a coin holder.

What's better: the acrylic glass or aluminum space frame?

It depends on what‘s your preference is. If you want your wallet as light as possible then chose the acrylic glass inner frame. If you want a super solid and strong wallet, then chose the aluminum space frame with a slighty increase in weight. The aluminum space frame also comes with our lifetime warranty, if it breaks we will replace it for free.

Is an AVIATOR wallet RFID protected?

Yes, all AVIATOR wallets are RFID protected. Learn more about RFID protected wallets.

Shipping

When are the shipping processed and which courier service is used?

We use DHL service for our international product delivery. The option of Express delivery is covered by FedEx. The shipment for national orders is done by DHL or GLS. Pick-up is done in the early afternoon from Monday to Friday. Each AVIATOR Wallet is custom-made for you after ordering.

Production time is up to 72 hours.

Estimated Shipping Time Germany: 2-3 business days

Estimated Shipping Time European Union: 5-11 business days

Estimated Shipping Time Worldwide: 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary. Please note that delivery time does not include any potential customs clearance duration.

Where can I find the  tracking number?

After your payment to the order is received within 48 hours, you will receive a notification from us. This will be sent to the email address you provided during the order. Please note that there is the possibility that the notification is filtered into the spam folder. You can also request the tracking number from us via email at service@starterstore.de, by enclosing your order number.

My tracking number can not retrieve the delivery information. What does that mean?

The tracking number is generated immediately with the shipping label after the order receipt is made, however this does not mean that the package was sent. If it is a pre-order, the shipment will only be made when the product is in stock. In this case, the delivery date can be found on the product page where the pre-order was made. In general, the DHL tracking is activated 48 hours after your order.

Can I change my order before the shipment is made?

Please write to us at service@starterstore.de regarding your change request. We will do everything to match you with your desired product.

What is your refund policy?

Our customers enjoy a 14 days full refund policy with us. Return the product with a short written notice enclosed to us. When the shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a full transfer to your PayPal or bank account within 14 days.

Can I keep part of the delivery and make a partial refund?

Yes you can. The process is identical to a full refund, just send us the product and we will process the order.

What about custom fees?

If you live inside the European Union you don´t have to pay any additional fees. If you live outside the EU you may have to pay a customs or import fee depending on your country.

How long does it typically take for my parcel to clear customs?

The parcel has arrived at customs in your country and is currently in the customs clearance process, where tracking cannot provide any further information until customs have finished their work. Unfortunately, we cannot give you exact information about how long this process will take, as we do not have access to the customs process in each country.

How long does it take to ship with FedEx International Priority?

Each AVIATOR Wallet is custom-made for you after ordering. Production time is up to 48 hours. The expected delivery time for FedEx International Priority is typically by the end of the 1st to 3rd business day*. During the festive season, delivery times may vary due to high demand. Please anticipate potential delays.
