To know how to protect yourself you first need to learn about how the virus spreads. And the following principle applies here: the best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus. Of course this sounds logical. The current coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person. It also spreads through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.
Of couse staying inside your house 24/7 is not an option for most of us. We need to buy food at the local supermarket and have other important tasks to take care of. Most of us will use their car to get from one place to another, and for that we have to refuel every now and then. The following manuel is based on a process of refueling at a station, but can be converted to every other situation in which you will pay with your credit card.
1. Get out of your car and close its doors
2. Put on a pair of multifunctional disposable gloves
3. Refuel your car at the fuel pump
4. Get inside the petrol station house and pay the bill with your credit card (contact free)
5. Get rid of your gloves (take off on the left) and throw them into the thrash can
6. Get back in to your car and leave the petrol station
